It was the year 1980 when my condition started. I was stopped at a 4 way intersection when all of a sudden this huge 18 wheeler who was carrying a load of pipe-line rear ended me. Since then I suffer from neck problems which cause me to have very little movement in my neck and makes it hard for me to turn my head right to left or up and down. This neck pain made it very hard for me to drive, do my yard work, exercise and it even interfered while I did my work activities. Over the years I have tried muscle relaxers, pain pills, and therapy none of which lasted they were only a temporary fix. I had seen Dr. Southerland for this same problem some time in the late 90’s but I discontinued care before my problem was completely fixed. Now I have been treating again for about 1 month and I have noticed improvement. My neck movement has improved I sleep wonderfully and my ability to exercise is progressing. –Roxanne S.
